Power Devices Cree offers a family of silicon carbide (SiC) based ZERO RECOVERY®；；；；；； Rectifiers. These diodes have essentially no reverse recovery at 300V, 600V and 1200V breakdown and are targeted for applications where low switching loss is required. We offer devices with current ratings of 10A and 20A at 300V； 1A, 4A, 6A, 10A and 20A at 600V and 5A, 10A and 20A at 1200V. Additional features of these devices are extremely fast switching, temperature independent switching behavior, positive temperature coefficient on forward voltage, and high frequency operation.
